Welcome to the Training part of Chase The Pump. This will serve as a place where I deliver weekly content on training tips and isometrics, in regards to muscle building and how to properly execute exercises, which is the key to gains. After nutrition is nailed, an athlete must recognize that the training is the driving catalyst to get optimal results from any program.

 

So no "We Ain't Talking Practice" the gym and what you do should always serve as a purpose. I intend on adding weekly typical in relation to the gym and training as much as I can. Feel free to subscribe to the mailing list for tips, or submit a question that could later get answered here.
